Meet our Clinical Nurse Consultant - Talia

Envision Disability Services is proud to have Talia as our Clinical Nurse Consultant, providing Clinical leadership across our nursing supports in line with NDIS Practice Standards and best-practice care.

Talia is a registered Nurse with over 18 years' experience in high-acuity clinical environments, including Intensive Care Units, and Emergency Departments. She holds a Master of Critical Care (MCritCare), a Graduate Certificate in Health Professional Education (GradCertHlthProfEd), and a Bachelor of Nursing (BN). Talia leads a carefully selected team of qualified and experienced nurses who are committed to delivering safe, evidence-based, and participant-centred clinical supports.

Our nursing services are designed to support participants with complex and ongoing health needs, as well as those requiring short-term or episodic clinical assistance. Talia and her team work collaboratively with participants, families, support coordinators, and allied health professionals to ensure care is coordinated, responsive, and aligned with individual NDIS goals and needs.

As Clinical Lead for the Warwick region, Talia works directly with participants to undertake clinical assessments, develop individualised care plans, and oversee the delivery of nursing supports tailored to each participant's needs, preferences, and funded supports.

  • Using Envision Disability Services

At Envision, we believe every person deserves consistent, transparent, and respectful support. We understand the trust it takes to welcome someone into your home, and we prioritise creating an environment where participants feel safe, comfortable, and in control. Our team is committed to clear communication, ensuring you always know what services you will receive and that every step is guided by informed consent.

  • Will the same nurse be attending every shift?

We aim to provide the same nurse for every shift wherever possible, as consistency and predictability are central to safe, comfortable care. While we prioritise maintaining a familiar support team, we also have a small group of trained nurses available to ensure coverage if someone is unwell or unavailable. This approach allows us to offer both continuity and reliability in every shift.

  • Do I have to commit long-term?

When you start services with Envision, we put a Service Agreement in place so everything is clear; what supports you’ll receive, how they’ll be delivered, and what you can expect from us. It isn’t a long‑term lock‑in. You stay in control of your services, and you’re free to make changes or end the agreement if your needs or preferences change.

If you ever choose to move on, we always appreciate feedback. It helps us strengthen our services and continue supporting our community with transparency and care.

  • Can I contact someone outside business hours?

Yes! Support is available outside standard business hours. While our main office operates during regular business hours, we have an after‑hours contact process in place so you can reach someone when you need assistance. If your usual staff member isn’t available, a member of our team will step in to make sure you’re supported and your concerns are responded to promptly.

  • How much does it cost?

Our pricing follows the NDIS Pricing Arrangements, and the cost of your support will vary depending on the day, time, and type of service you receive. Because everyone’s schedule and needs are different, we’re happy to provide a personalised breakdown so you know exactly what to expect.

If you’d like specific pricing for your supports, please get in touch with us and we’ll walk you through the details.
