The School Leaver Employment Support (SLES) program is available for for eligible NDIS participants as they leave school and make plans to start work
Envision Disability Services now offers eligible participants who have finished Year 12 the NDIS SLES program.
We nurture and support our Participants with confidence building, social skills and work experience activities.
SLES gives Year 12 students the skills to move from school to work. For more information or to register for our service, contact our support leaders.
What do our SLES programs consist of?
Envision's SLES classes will help you on your way to independence. We offer Computer Upskilling, How to Write a Resume, The Process for Attending an Interview, Practice Interview Questions, Practice Driving for Learners Driving Licence, Appropriate Behaviour in the Workplace, Volunteer Work to Build Skills for Potential Employment, Cooking, Cleaning, and more.
Our dedicated team is here to help you work towards success.
One of our SLES Participants has recently gained employment with a local day care center after completing her work experience there! While she is still working on completing her certification, she is so happy to be working in an industry she loves, and we could not be prouder of her and the effort she has put in to achieve this.
