Envision promotes and supports Participants to live in their own homes and enjoy the process of meeting and achieving independence and goals that have been set.

Envision is a locally run, family-owned business that has been supporting our community since 2017.

Our aim is to ensure every participant can live a full, independent and meaningful life.

Katie and Alex have moved into our directs admin space, and we have a full complement of competent and consistent staff completing all the behind-the-scenes tasks.

Katie and Alex are available to assist with all requests regarding supports, in a timely and proficient manner.

Supported Independent Living

Independence is a cornerstone of living a fulfilling life. At Envision, we understand how crucial it is for individuals to have the opportunity to live independently, make their own choices, and shape their future. Our home support services are designed to empower Participants to achieve just that—living a life of their choice, separate from family if they desire, with the confidence and tools they need to thrive.

Whether it’s assistance with daily living tasks, developing life skills, or offering companionship and support, our team is committed to providing personalized care that aligns with each individual’s aspirations.

Envision Disability Services has Saskia Smith on our team of dedicated workers. Saskia comes with extensive experience in Plan Management and the NDIS, with a focus of funding and budget expectations. 

Saskia will keep track of your NDIS funding, budgets and manage your invoicing.

Paige is the Supervisor of our Support Coordination team.

Since the NDIS rollout in 2017, she has passionately provided support coordination services, building on her extensive experience in the disability sector that began whilst she attended high school.

From working as a support worker learning the day-to-day routines and the requirements of the Participants, and meeting the individual needs, to working her way into management roles in several different departments within the sector.

Paige has always been driven by a deep commitment to the disability sector, and her dedication lies in empowering Participants with genuine choice and control, ensuring they receive the highest quality services.

Paige takes great pride in connecting individuals with the supports that best meet the individual and unique needs, fostering an environment of respect and care that truly enhances and makes a positive difference in the lives of those she has the privilege to assist.

Our highly motivated staff have developed a program that brings energy, enthusiasm and positivity to life experiences on a daily basis of our program attendees.

All programs and activities are built around the Participants self-esteem and self-confidence, building new friendships and retaining current relationships.

All Staff bring with them a variety of valuable experience in the sector, exhibits high energy and a sense of fun.

Everyone is welcome to join in and be a part of the Envision Experience.

Once a month, Envision take groups out on excursions. We have gone to:

Art Workshops

Envision is extremely happy to engage Penny as their Art Therapy Instructor. Penny has worked in the art industry for 30 years and has held her Bachelor of Visual Art and applied Design since 2002, Penny has worked in the Education sector including Tafe and worked in the school system Australia wide. Penny runs regular workshops throughout the year.

School Leavers Employment Support Program

Envision runs a School Leavers Employment Support Program which we call SLES.

We will provide the following programs to assist with the next step in your life journey:

1. All challenges to working towards sustainable Employment

2. Holistic approach and preparation covering every facet of employment and employment opportunities

3. Time management and routines

4. Assistance with obtaining your driver's licence and relevant identification
