Support Workers - Toowoomba


Envision Disability Services is currently looking for reliable and committed Support Workers to join our team supporting people with disability.


This role involves assisting participants with daily living, community access and achieving their individual goals while providing safe, respectful and person-centred support.


Support Workers are also responsible for completing required documentation, following participant support plans and working as part of a team to ensure safe and consistent supports are delivered.


Minimum requirements:

  • Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
  • Current Blue Card
  • Current First Aid and CPR
  • Minimum (and evidence of) 2 COVID vaccinations
  • Ability to follow support plans, organisational policies and complete required documentation
  • Experience in disability support or community services will be highly regarded.

Registered Nurse - Community Role - Warwick / Toowoomba


Envision Disability Services is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in a community nursing role supporting people with disability.

This position is primarily based in Warwick, with some services delivered in Toowoomba, so applicants must be willing to travel between locations.


This role suits a nurse who enjoys working in the community, using their clinical judgement and building strong relationships with participants and their support teams. You will be supporting people with disability who have complex health needs and require consistent, high quality clinical care.


Minimum requirements:

  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse (no conditions)
  • Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
  • Current First Aid and CPR
  • Ability to work independently and maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Minimum two years' experience preferred.
  • Experience in disability, community nursing, complex care or medication management will be highly regarded.
